2. The understructure is made by welded angle bar with surface hot-galvanized.
3. The guardrail on the two sides is made round bar with surface galvanized and powder coated.

They can store in a very small space and extend when needed to provide spectator seating. If telescopic bleacher seats columns were completely closed, all the vertical support columns are retracted back toward the wall .
The arms has enough strength to support the weight of the seats when colosed.If opened fully, a vertical support column moved out from the wall and locked in position under the telescopic arms to support the additional weight of spectators.
